Alice received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Florida State where she was a Division 1 scholarship swimmer. During her time at FSU she also taught conditioning to the basketball and baseball teams, and core training to the swim and dive teams. Later she attended University of South Carolina to obtain her Masters in Public Health and Physical Activity, specializing in Obesity Intervention. There she assisted her husband, a physician, in developing and running a medically based childhood obesity program.
Over the years Alice has taught fitness in Miami, Los Angeles, the Midwest and South. She has the highly respected CSCS certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and attends conferences yearly to stay current. She also holds national certifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Youth Fitness, Nutrition Consulting and Group Fitness.
Passionate about working with athletes of all ages, she has had a few go on to receive athletic scholarships, and make division one teams. Her work with overweight clients has included many significant weight losses of up to 100 pounds. She also enjoys working with Figure Competitors.
