Think ply metrics, high intensity interval training, and functional strength, using various interval methods used, such as Tabata, 4:1, circuit stations, etc. . . You better BRING IT! -lower intensity moves shown.



Guns Guts Glutes Sexy, Breakthrough Fitness Hilton Head


Whole Body sculpting class that targets the upper body, abdominal, and backside! Your body, as well as bars, bands, benches, free weights and more are the tools we will use.



All core in 30 mins!! It’s an intense core work-out that gets you in and out!


Strength Training - Feel the Burn


A total strength conditioning class that uses your own body to get in shape. Free weights, plated bars, balls, bands and benches are all used to build strength, increase muscle endurance and improve flexibility and balance. IT IS “GROUP” PERSONAL TRAINING”.




A challenging 45-60 minute indoor cycling class that takes you through flats, hills, sprints & jumps. Guaranteed to make you sweat! Come join in the fun & ride at your own pace.  Most classes designed for all levels. Water Bottle & Towel are required.




A challenging yet easy to follow work-out that involves both high and low impact step aerobics. Come ready to move and sweat to incredibly choreographed routines with heart pumping music!
