Whole Body sculpting class that targets the upper body, abdominal, and backside! Your body, as well as bars, bands, benches, free weights and more are the tools we will use.

A challenging 45-60 minute indoor cycling class that takes you through flats, hills, sprints & jumps. Guaranteed to make you sweat! Come join in the fun & ride at your own pace. Most classes designed for all levels. Water Bottle & Towel are required.
